Veiko Valencia began his art education at the Carlos Baca Flor Art School in Arequipa, Peru, in 2003. After moving to the United States in 2006, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Painting and Drawing and MFA in Visual Arts from Boise State University. He has been a resident artist at The CommonWell and MING Studios, and his work has been exhibited in the United States and Peru. Valencia lives and works in Boise, Idaho.
